Why I Created the NeuroFascial Flow® Method

I am Dr. Satya Sardonicus, a second-generation chiropractor, fascia expert, and the creator of this framework.

But I didn't develop this method in a lab; I built it to save my own life.

For a decade, I suffered from debilitating, mystery neurological symptoms and chronic pain that left me sleeping up to 16 hours a day. Doctors suggested everything from multiple sclerosis to schizophrenia. Finally, I was correctly diagnosed with Cerebellar Tonsillar Ectopia (a brain herniation), and told my only option was invasive brain surgery.

I refused to believe that was the only way. Drawing on my background in neurology, craniosacral therapy, and chiropractic care, I began innovating a non-invasive solution that addressed the mechanical tension on my brainstem by unwinding the Dural Fascial Kinetic Chain from the feet up.

It didn't just save me from surgery. It completely restored my resilience, my cognitive function, and my life.

Since then, I have spent the last 15 years refining this method, publishing research on its efficacy, and training hundreds of doctors worldwide. The NeuroFascial Reorganization Cycle™ is the exact, step-by-step process I use to guide both my patients and my certification students back to fluid adaptability.

The Structure

Built for Real-Life Integration

Nervous system change doesn’t consolidate on a schedule; it consolidates in real life. That is why this container is designed to give you the exact map you need, with the spaciousness your body requires.

  • The 12-Week Guided Cycle

One complete, logically sequenced pass through the NeuroFascial Flow® map. You will receive short, weekly modules containing your specific somatic practices, fascia release flows, and daily integration guides. Consistency beats intensity — most practices take just 5 to 10 minutes a day.

  • 12 Months of Access & Iteration Guidance

This isn't just 12 weeks of content; this is a capacity shift. Because your body needs time to integrate these changes, you receive a full year of access. You can revisit sections during periods of high stress, repeat the cycle at deeper levels, and help the new baseline stabilize without feeling rushed. You'll also receive specific guidance on how to iterate the process concentrically over time, working with your nervous system’s expanding capacity to cultivate an "upspiraling," amplified impact from your practice.

  • ✨ Special Included Bonus: The ITC+ On-Demand Series

Healing happens in spirals. To support your ongoing integration, your enrollment includes a separate, 12-week vault of recorded live flow sessions. When your system is ready for a deeper, relationally-held "second pass," this container will be waiting for you.

what's included

inside your 12 months of access

  • The 12-Week Core Curriculum

Weekly modules with short, highly targeted NeuroFascial Flow® release videos and somatic tuning practices.

  • The Self-Assessment Tracker

Objective "Compass Checks" to help you measure the subtle, profound shifts in your nervous system, visual field, and fascial fluidity over time.

  • The 'Continuing the Spiral' Blueprint

Healing is not a one-and-done event. Once you complete your first 12 weeks, you receive clear, structured guidance on how to re-enter the cycle. You'll know exactly how to repeat the process from your new baseline to unlock deeper layers of reorganization and adaptability.

  • The Bonus Vault

A robust, constantly updated library of condition-specific adaptations (including guidance for CTE/Chiari, hypermobility/EDS, ME/CFS, and neurodivergence), advanced fascia release sequences, and masterclasses from guest experts.

  • The Chrysalis Ecosystem

Optional access to our private community space to share reflections and integrate alongside other highly sensitive humans and progressive providers.

  • Special Included Bonus: The ITC+ On-Demand Series

To support your ongoing integration, your enrollment includes access to a separate, 12-week vault of recorded live flow sessions I guided with a previous cohort. When your system is ready for a deeper, relationally-held "second pass" through the spiral, this full on-demand container will be waiting for you.

Who this is for:

• Highly-sensitive people navigating complex healing seasons

Whether you are dealing with chronic pain, mystery symptoms, head injuries, or unresolved trauma, you are ready to stop fighting your body and start facilitating its innate healing intelligence.

• Proactive "Seekers" on the maintenance treadmill

You already spend time and money on therapies, bodywork, and holistic care, but you keep bouncing back into flare-ups. You are ready for sustainable momentum to replace constant maintenance.

• Progressive Providers & Caregivers

You want to recalibrate your own nervous system so you can become a more coherent healing field for the people you serve — without burning out.

• The Growth-Minded Optimizer

You aren’t necessarily collapsing; you just know you are meant for more. If you feel an invisible glass ceiling on your energy and want to expand into your ultimate creative mastery without burning out, you belong here.

Who this is not for:

• Anyone looking for a "magic pill" or overnight symptom relief.

• Those who want to passively receive treatment without engaging with their own internal sensations.

• People looking for intense, aggressive stretching or forceful physical manipulation.

What is the cost of staying exactly where you are?

If you are like most people who find this work, you have already spent a massive amount of resources trying to heal. Between physical therapy, chiropractic care, massages, supplements, and brain-retraining programs, the cumulative cost — in time, money, and emotional energy — is staggering.

But when you rely on one-off sessions to override a dysregulated nervous system, you get trapped in a cycle of relief, rebound, and restart. You are forever paying (and working) just to get back to your baseline.

This cycle costs you immense time, money, energy, and heartache.

And beyond the financial drain, there is a profound physiological cost. When your brain remains stuck in a chronically elevated fight-or-flight state, it runs your system ragged. Left unchecked, this constant background alarm takes an increasing toll on your health and can eventually degenerate into catastrophic illness.

If we don’t make the time to tend to our physical body and our nervous system, the body will eventually take the time to be sick.

The NeuroFascial Flow® Reorganization Cycle gives you a 12-week runway to exit this loop — for a fraction of what you would spend staying on the maintenance treadmill.

✨ Special Included Bonus

The ITC+ On-Demand Series

Healing is not a one-and-done event; it happens in spirals. Once you complete your initial 12-week Reorganization Cycle, you will likely want to go through the process again from a new, expanded baseline.

To support your ongoing integration, your enrollment today includes access to a complete ITC+ On-Demand Series. This is a separate, 12-week vault of recorded live flow sessions I guided with a previous cohort. When your system is ready for a deeper, relationally-held "second pass" through the spiral, this container will be waiting for you.

I built this method to get myself out of a decade of chronic pain and neurological symptoms, and I've since taught it to thousands of practitioners worldwide.

You're doing all the work, and your body is still holding on.

If you're the one who holds it together for everyone else, and you've tried every kind of care for yourself, you know the pattern. You've seen the doctors, the specialists, the osteo and the naturopath, maybe an energy healer or two, and the tests keep coming back "normal" while you feel anything but. Some of the things that are supposed to be good for you, like the deep tissue massage, the adjustment or the new supplement, leave you crashed on the couch the next day. Somewhere along the way the fixing itself became the burden, and underneath it all there's a voice wondering whether you'd be well by now if you'd done everything right.

For some of you it isn't pain at all. You're "fine" most days, but your jaw is clenched when you notice it, you jump when someone walks into the kitchen, and you're the calm one for your kids or your clients all day, then lie in bed at night with your mind running laps. And if you're a practitioner, you might be teaching your patients how to regulate their nervous systems while yours hasn't come down in years.

That snapping back is information. It usually means your body is stuck in fight or flight, and it's telling us something pretty specific about what your system needs to come out of it.

Why the relief doesn't last

A body in alarm reads force as one more threat.

Most of what we're offered for pain and stress runs on effort, some version of adjust it, stretch it, supplement it or push through it. If your body has been stuck in fight or flight for years, all that effort lands as one more thing to brace against, so it braces, and the relief lasts until the bracing comes back.

What your system is waiting for is a clear, physical signal that it's safe. That signal comes from your own body, from the constant feedback your joints and fascia send up to your brain about where you are and whether you're okay. When we work with that signal on purpose, your body starts letting go on its own, at a pace it can keep.

Where we start

Your core fascia line, from your feet to your skull.

Fascia is the connective tissue that wraps every muscle, bone and organ you have, and it's also one of your richest sensory systems, constantly telling your brain what's happening in your body and whether you're safe.

The dura mater, the protective covering around your brain and spinal cord, is a specialized form of fascia. Through a chain of real anatomical attachments, it's physically connected all the way down: the dural sleeves around your spinal nerves, the ligaments at your sacrum and tailbone, and the fascial lines that run down the back and sides of your legs into the soles of your feet. I call this line the Dural Fascial Kinetic Chain, or DFKC.

Picture a stocking that runs from the soles of your feet up to the base of your skull. If it's twisted at the pelvis or too tight at the calf, you might only feel it in your neck or your jaw, because the pull travels up the line. It's also why symptoms tend to show up in clusters, like headaches, jaw tension, dizziness or ringing ears, a ribcage that won't let you take a full breath, and a nervous system that won't settle, which are all different expressions of one line under load. That's why we start at the feet and unwind the whole thing from the bottom up, even when your neck is where it hurts. In 2015 I presented outcomes to the Canadian Pain Society showing that releasing tension in the pelvis and legs changed both how often headaches happened and how intense they were.

This line tends to tighten from birth strain, falls, surgeries, years of compensating for an old injury, or a season of life that asked too much of you. When your brain senses danger, it uses fascia as armor, so a tight chain and a braced nervous system keep feeding each other long after the original stress has passed. As the DFKC softens, your brain gets a steady physical signal that it can stand down, and the adjustments, bodywork and breathwork you're already doing finally have a body that can hold onto them.

If you're living with Chiari or CTE, this work is personal for me, since it's the condition I was navigating when I built this method. Inside, you'll find specific adaptations for Chiari and CTE, EDS and hypermobility, and ME/CFS.

Diagram of the Dural Fascial Kinetic Chain, from the cranial periosteum down through the spinal nerve root sleeves, diaphragm, coccyx and sacrotuberous ligaments, lower posterior and lateral lines, to the plantar fascia
The Dural Fascial Kinetic Chain. In the Cycle, we unwind it from the feet up.
How it meets you

Your nervous system sets the pace.

No single release works for everyone, and the right practice at the wrong moment can make a sensitive system brace harder. So the first skill you learn is Somatic Tuning, a way of checking in with your body to feel what it's ready for today before you ask it to change anything. From there, we move through the chain in order, from your feet up, one layer at a time, so each release has somewhere safe to land.

Every practice can be done seated or lying down, and some weeks you'll go deeper while other weeks you'll stay with the basics. Both count, because what we're building is a body that trusts the process enough to keep reorganizing on its own.

Stories from inside the community

What people notice first

"I did my assessment yesterday and did the bonus 8 min from module 1. That was the first time I have felt a full body sigh of relief in nearly 2 years!"

Kirby D. · working mom of three

"My capacity to come out of a shock pattern is getting better. For only the second time in 5 years of 24/7 effort to normalize my vestibular system, I feel that I'm making sustained progress forward. It's messy and weird, but my body seems to be slowly (sloooowly) working out what no doctor, therapist, body worker, shaman (you name it) has been able to do. And unlike the one other time I was making sustained progress, THIS time I know what happened, I know why my system snapped backwards (hard) and I know how to prevent it."

April Rose F. · after years of vestibular symptoms

"When I started, I couldn't even flex my biceps without pain. Within a week or two my left side is totally resolved, and my right side is almost there, it's night and day. I feel like a totally different person, standing tall, not hobbling around anymore."

Mike C. · small business owner

"After just one month, I noticed a very positive advancement in my recovery. My cognitive capacity and mood have almost fully recovered, and I can now do the 8-minute routine and full-body fascial release without guidance. Dr. Satya's program and support have been absolutely amazing, life-changing, really."

Diego I. · Sweden

"I re-measured my start points (compass check) and the 180 thumbs test went from almost completely in front of my face to about halfway open. And for the rib expansion measure the top one went up an inch. PLUS brain fog significantly improved (70% less!). 50% more emotional resilience (at least). And able to do a little more in my day to day life."

Lois B. · play therapist, three weeks in

"I've lived with constant pain for as long as I can remember. Even early in this program, things are shifting. I'm noticing when my nervous system starts to alarm before it hits a 10, and for the first time, I actually know what to do to support myself."

Amy W. · coach with brain fog and chronic pain

"I've suffered with chronic migraines for years… and halfway through the first fascial flow all the tension in my head and neck just softened away. It's incredible. Less migraines means I can use less medication. Better sleep alone means I have better focus at work, I'm more calm with my kids."

Katherine G. · mom

"I committed to doing it every day at some point, even if before bed. I noticed a week later, wow, I feel much less overwhelmed and more present. So amazing to have such a higher threshold before I get overwhelmed as a mom. And my thoracic spine feels so fluid now, it used to feel so stuck from all the lifting and carrying of kiddos."

Amber V. · part-time chiropractor and mom of two

"I struggled with chronic low back pain for 8 years. I tried chiropractors, massage, physical therapy and many other things. My pain is better, physically I'm able to do almost anything I want to do without having a pain flare, and overall I am so much more resilient."

Tiffany T. · nurse and intuitive eating coach

"My win is that I was able to observe a regularly scheduled quitting time at work today and had a little energy to spare. I used the extra oomph to be very present with my girls and have some Lego fun."

Christine F. · working mom

"After just 5 weeks, I'm already more resilient. When there are moments of intensity, crying, shouting, kid-mayhem, I can actually help mellow things out instead of adding to the madness."

Ani K. · parent working on reactivity

"I have Chiari and have suffered from migraines for as long as I can remember. My medical doctors told me that's just something I would have to deal with for the rest of my life. Now that I do the flow regularly it's actually preventative instead of just a last-minute option."

Sami B. · yoga teacher
The NeuroFascial Flow® Method

The 5-step rhythm under every practice

Every practice in the Cycle, from a 30-second squeeze hug to a full calf release, follows the same five steps. This rhythm lets change land without setting off your alarm, and after 12 weeks it becomes the way you meet your body.

01

Establish somatic safety

Before asking your body for anything, you give your brain the physical signals it's starving for, like deep squeezes, gentle rocking and easy breath, so it knows it's okay right now.

02

Facilitate fascial softening

Through rhythmic movement, visualization and breath, your fascia gets the chance to loosen its grip on its own terms, wherever it's ready to.

03

Activate change

This is where the targeted releases happen, unwinding the DFKC from your feet up, in areas that are both stuck and ready, in doses your Somatic Tuning tells you your system can take.

04

Re-establish neurological safety

Right after a release, you reassure your nervous system that the change is safe, so it doesn't brace against the new slack or build a new compensation around it.

05

Integrate and adapt

Slow, exploratory movement lets your brain map the new space, so it becomes your new baseline instead of one good afternoon.

The same five steps also shape the whole 12 weeks, and each time you go through the Cycle again, you revisit them from a deeper place.

Dr. Satya Sardonicus, DC, CACCP
Why I built this

I built this method to get my own life back.

I'm Dr. Satya Sardonicus, DC, CACCP, a second-generation chiropractor, and for a decade I lived with neurological symptoms and chronic pain that had me sleeping up to 16 hours a day. Doctors floated everything from multiple sclerosis to schizophrenia before I was finally diagnosed with Cerebellar Tonsillar Ectopia, where the cerebellar tonsils slip down into the opening at the base of the skull and crowd the brainstem. I was told invasive brain surgery was my only option.

I started working with the mechanical tension on my brainstem instead, drawing on my training in neurology, craniosacral therapy and chiropractic, and unwinding the Dural Fascial Kinetic Chain from the feet up. It kept me out of surgery and gave me back my energy, my thinking, and my life.

I've spent the last 15 years refining this method, publishing research on it, and training thousands of practitioners worldwide. The Cycle is the same 12-week arc I take my certification students through.

Real life, real pace

What a week actually looks like

Once a weekA short lesson, about 15 to 30 minutes, whenever it suits you.
Most days5 to 15 minutes of practice. A lot of people start the morning with the core flow and save releases for the evening, when the body is already winding down.
Throughout the dayNervous system snacks, short neurosomatic practices of 10 seconds to a couple of minutes that you can do whenever you catch yourself bracing.
Every few weeksYour Compass Checks, simple self-assessments like peripheral vision, rib expansion and a forward fold, so you can see changes your brain might otherwise forget.
Whenever you're stuckPost in the Ask Dr. Satya thread, where I answer questions myself, or book an optional 1:1 Integration Call.

New lessons arrive week by week, so you always know exactly what you're doing, with guided daily practices that build on each other. When you finish your first 12-week pass, you get clear guidance on exactly how to continue and deepen the process from your new baseline, including the beautiful guided ITC+ sessions for your second pass, so your results compound and you become more and more sovereign in your own healing. Your access lasts 12 months, so if life gets busy you simply pick up where you left off.

Support

Self-guided, and never stranded.

Everything you need to move through the Cycle on your own is included, and plenty of people do exactly that, at their own pace, from the couch or even from bed.

Bodies are specific, though, and at some point you might want someone to look at your pattern: a reaction you can't read, a flare after a new treatment, a decision about a provider or a procedure. Your first stop is the Ask Dr. Satya thread in the community, where I answer questions myself. And if you want more than that, you can book a private 1:1 Integration Call with me, or move through a cycle alongside a certified NFFM facilitator. Those options are there if and when you want them, so you're never investing in high-touch support you don't need, and you're never left on your own if you find that you do.

"Your course really gave me the framework to give myself the room and the safety to feel all the emotions I had been too afraid to look at for all my life, and the tools to know how to get unstuck in an untriggering way. I felt so supported by you, all the love you pour into your work. Now I can say I am back at life again."

Ruth · after years of chronic fatigue

"Dr Satya genuinely responds when I'm struggling or experiencing challenging shifts. I'm certain I'll get much further with this process than any other fascial or soft tissue program or practitioner out there. This is gold for anyone trying to heal their body and their nervous system."

April Rose F. · after years of trying almost every modality

"Dr. Satya made me feel like I'm not crazy or alone in how I feel in my body. This program is amazing and should be taught in school. Everyone should have this tool."

Nicole K. · after a lifetime in fight or flight

"I so feel all the love. Exactly what I needed... a reassurance that I'm on the right track."

Lene K. · on a long health journey
The honest math

What the maintenance treadmill takes from you

Add it up for a minute. If you're seeing a chiropractor twice a month at around $75 a visit and getting bodywork once a month at around $120, that's roughly $3,240 a year, before the supplements, the programs and the specialist copays, and a lot of the people in our community spent tens of thousands of dollars looking for answers before they found this work. Then there's the part that never shows up on a receipt: the days spent recovering from each flare, and the months of your life that get organized around your symptoms.

Your investment in the Cycle is $1,845, once, which is about what seven months of that routine adds up to. You come out of it with a way of working with your own body that you keep for the rest of your life, and every kind of care you choose to keep gets a body that can hold onto it.

"Yesterday I had this intense head and neck and jaw pain, and I could have gone to get a massage for an hour for $120, and I would have been relaxed for that hour, but it would have come back. With NFFM I don't have to take the time out, pay the massage therapist, and worry about the pain coming back a few hours later. Having control of this myself is literally priceless."

Katherine G. · mom
The bigger possibility

What opens up when your body stops spending everything on staying braced

You probably came here because you're tired of managing your body: tracking every flare, planning around your pain, and recovering from yesterday so you can get through tomorrow. All of that takes an enormous amount of capacity, and most people don't realize how much until some of it comes back. Here's what people in our community have described as that capacity returns.

In your body

Sleeping through the night for the first time in years, walking farther without bracing for a flare, hunger cues coming back online, and bouncing back from a fall or a hard day in an hour instead of a week.

In your day

Getting to the end of the workday with something left over, brain fog lifting enough that a conversation stops feeling like you're living on another planet, and making it to the concert or the festival you'd written off.

With your people

Getting down on the floor to play with your kids after work instead of needing to lie down, having a longer fuse when loved ones or colleagues melt down, feeling close to your partner again in ways you'd stopped expecting, and noticing yourself respond in moments where you used to react.

In who you're becoming

Catching the old self-criticism and meeting it with kindness, finally having room to feel grief you've carried for years and let it move, and having space again for creativity, purpose, and the work you came here to do.

When we talk about potential, this is what we mean: more of you, available for the life you want, because your nervous system is no longer spending all of it on keeping you safe.

A note for practitioners

Your clients respond to the state of your nervous system as much as to your technique. A lot of the practitioners in our community arrived feeling pretty crispy about their work, growing a practice at the expense of their own body, or being the one who knows exactly how regulation is supposed to work without having felt it in their own system in years. What they notice first is how different it is to feel it from the inside.

"As a PA practicing medicine for over 10 years, I thought I understood the sympathetic response. But I didn't realize that I was having that reactivity all the time, and Dr. Satya helped me actually understand and learn to see when I was going into that sympathetic state, which has been huge. Using NFFM I can give my patients tools that are short, effective, where they literally experience it in their body."

Valerie C. · physician assistant and health coach

"I've had so much bodywork from so many professionals, and nobody has been able to budge my left foot and leg, not even me, knowing self-massage and trigger points and everything. Now, for the first time ever, it's finally loosening. I had this database of disparate knowledge, and NFFM has put it all together in a really simple way, and my clients absolutely love it."

Daria H. · massage and craniosacral therapist

"I didn't know how much bracing I was doing and how deeply it was constricting my movement, breath, thoughts, and life. I feel safe in my body now, knowing I don't have to brace anymore. What I love most about this work is that it doesn't make you feel wrong or forced into anything. Every movement is an invitation."

Karen P. · chiropractor

"I've always been praised for my flexibility, but NFFM showed me it was mostly compensation and collapse, not true fluidity. It's making me rethink everything, posture, stress, even how we teach movement. Instead of performing alignment, I'm re-patterning from within. It's shifting how I teach, connect, even how I wash dishes. I can't stop talking about it."

Deborah Adele · yoga teacher

"I woke up in the middle of the night with very intense pain going down my right leg. I remembered Dr. Satya's squeeze hugs, and within 30 seconds to a minute, the pain was mostly gone and I was able to easily go back to sleep. With all the tools I already have as a TRE provider and midwife, something that took just 30 seconds made my pain go away. It's remarkable."

Sarah L. · midwife and TRE provider

The Cycle is the same 12-week clinical arc I take my certification students through, and it's designed to refill your capacity first. Tending your own system is also the most direct way to learn this lens, from the inside.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

How much time will this take?

About 15 to 30 minutes once a week to watch the new lesson, and 5 to 15 minutes a day of practice. Consistency sends a much stronger safety signal to your nervous system than intensity, so small and regular wins over long and occasional.

I'm bedbound, or I can't stand for long. Can I still do this?

Yes. Every practice can be done seated or lying down, and many people in our community started from bed. You'll learn to scale everything down to what your body can take in today, even if that's a few seconds at a time.

I've tried so many therapies and I'm exhausted. Will this be painful or overwhelming?

It makes sense to feel hesitant. This method works in the opposite direction from forceful deep tissue work. Somatic Tuning teaches you to introduce change only when your system is ready for it, so you're always in charge of the pace and depth, and "smaller and slower" is always an option.

I have a complex condition (Chiari/CTE, hypermobility/EDS, ME/CFS, POTS). Is this safe for me?

This method grew out of my own process of navigating CTE and avoiding brain surgery. The Bonus Vault has specific adaptation guides for Chiari/CTE, hypermobility and EDS, and ME/CFS, and because you rely on your own Somatic Tuning, you stay in control of the depth and pace. If you're managing a serious condition, keep your care team in the loop as you go.

I've done brain retraining or other nervous system programs. How is this different?

A lot of our members came from programs like that, and many keep doing them alongside this work. Those approaches mostly work from the top down, through the mind. The Cycle works from the body up, easing the physical tension in the DFKC that keeps sending alarm signals to your brain, so the rest of your nervous system work has something steadier to stand on.

What if I fall behind or life gets busy?

There's no falling behind. The Cycle is designed to be gone through more than once, and your access lasts 12 months, so you can move at the pace your nervous system sets. If you step away for a few weeks, your body is still integrating, and you pick up where you left off.

What if I get stuck or need more support?

Bring it to the Ask Dr. Satya thread in the community, where I answer questions myself. If you want individual help, you can book a private 1:1 Integration Call or work with a certified NFFM facilitator as an optional add-on.

What's the refund policy?

Because this is a digital product, all sales are final. If you're unsure whether the Cycle fits your body, email [email protected] before you enroll and we'll help you decide.

Dr. Satya Sardonicus, DC, CACCP, holding a tensegrity model of the spine

Your body already knows how to heal itself.

It's been waiting for the right conditions, and the Cycle creates them through the neurofascial interface, easing the tension along your DFKC, clearing the signals your brain gets from your body, and building the capacity your system needs to reorganize and hold it. Your first 12-week pass goes as deep as your system is ready for, every pass after that goes bigger and deeper, and what you're building along the way is a skill you keep for the rest of your life.
